Thanx in advance... It depends somewhat on what you want to do with the machine, but in general I would get a second disk drive as soon as possibe. The machine will drive you crazy with out it. After that I would go with extra memory. I think the 500 comes with a meg now, although I'm not sure about that. A meg is about the minimum you want to go with to be productive. If you can afford an extra 2 meg, you will be in good shape to get alot out of your machine. After that a hard drive is real nice to have. Mike, P.S. In another direction - find access to the fish library of Public Domain software and start playing with whatever looks interesting on them.
