  I just got ahold of a copy of the last page of the Video Toaster flyer/
brochure that NewTek was handing out at NAB.  I'll try to post what it
has ASAP (here come more "VAPORWARE HATERS" flames...).  There is a paragraph
in fine print that says "This device has not been approved by the Federal
Communications Commission.  This device is not, and may not be offered for
sale or lease, or sold or leased until the approval of the FCC has been 
obtained."  Take it for what its worth...  The specs do sound great!  The only
bad thing I've heard is that NewTek is saying it will need a time base corrected
video signal as its input (TBC's aren't cheap!  This is Bad News(tm) for those
of us who want to use it for amature video!).  I hope they fix this problem!
