My wife just bought me SotB for my birthday, and we (yes - the first
video game she's ever been addicted to!) have already hit a snag.
We've got down into the "tree" and picked up the key.  We've  
hit that crystal ball to get the flame blade weapon (which 
seems to dissapear at random times), but we don't know what to
do with the being that held the crystal ball, nor the big bad ugly
up the top with the biiiiggg teeth, nor the "tombstone" that
the biiiig ugly smushes you against.  Maybe we're off track,
but it's our guess that we've missed something... we've got
a key but no way to get out of the tree.

Help?
