Hay,
 
    I wondering if a PD-program exists to make a poster of any size.  For
example: taking an iff pic. and I want to make a poster of 5x3 feet or maybe
2x3--any size.  What I was thinking was this program will cut out a section
of the pic. and convert it so it will fill one page on the printer and then
I would tape all the pages together to form one large poster.
    So, want I am looking for is something like a dump that cuts sections
out of pictures and expands the section to print on the whole page.
