The cable I got from Redmond didn't work at all, the The Ultrasync I have works fine, with no buffering needed on the sync lines. I now use a cable that I got from Redmond cable, but I wired one up myself (using a hacked 25 pin connector) when I first got the monitor. This is on an Amiga 2000, though. I can dig up my original wiring list if you'd like. Brett -- Brett Kuehner, Racal-Redac, Mahwah, NJ ...!princeton!hhb@bvk bvk%hhb@princeton.EDU
