Terry,

You don't do anything to the evil dude guarding the sphere.  Just waste
the crystal ball, and run into the teleporter to your right.  This will
put you by the big moving thing with the teeth.  Fire at him like crazy.
 If you get him 15 or so times, he's hosed.  You use one key to get out
of the dungeon via the well.  The other key you get later is used for
the graveyard.

Have fun!  (I, personally, am waiting for the cheat someone is mailing
me that gives you infinite lives ;)  If you think the game is hard now...
