When I run it initially, Snap cannot find my text -- anything I clip and paste comes out as "???????". Watching it work, I can see that Snap is trying to find text on the wrong scan lines -- for instance, the clipping rectangle goes right through the middle of words, instead of surrounding them. After a while, Snap FINALLY gets it right... and then never has the problem again (until I kill and restart it). Any explanations? I am not using the standard Kickstart font -- it has been replaced by KFont3. That's probably related of the problem... but Snap is supposed to work on 8x8 fonts. And it DOES start working eventually.
