If people can never earn top dollar, then what sort of salary restraints are you suggesting be implemented, eg "no person can make more than $20K/year"? This particular line of postings complaining over salaries is starting to sound an awful lot like Eastern Block thinking. Were you in a similar position, what would YOU do with your $2M bonus?
