It was neat. When you ran a program, the Cromemco would find out what kind it was by checking for a magic number and then run the code on the appropriate processor. It would simulate CP/M and had its own (loosly speaking) "Unix (tm) like" operating system. It was a really neat machine...fast too! Patrick Horgan phorgan@cup.portal.com
