This assumes a 1084 monitor - Get a dubbing cable from you local Radio Shack or
video store and run the cable from the video out and audio out plugs to the
1084 monitor plugs in the back labelled audio and video (on newer monitors) and
set the switchews on the monitor for CVBS. 

If you have a different monitor that doesn't support video in then you may be
out of luck.
