It is a relatively common problem, as I've seen it before, I'd just like to know what I can do about it. The problem is that I will see this little line that stretches horizontally across the screen move up from the bottom to the top of the screen. So far, it is only one line at a time and it isn't very strong, however I'd like to get to the root of the problem before it gets worse.
