I was very surprised to find that the SW that SMS provides will ONLY ALLOW 1 VOICE AT A TIME. I called about this and they said that I could modify the SW if I wanted and sent me a very very blurry Xerox of some sample code to use (Ive lost it since then). I tried a bit but gave up eventually since I was in college and working on graduating.
