I don't know if this is the proper place to ask, but here goes :

I own an Atari 800 computer with a 1050 disk drive. I have, however 
no way of connecting this to any network, so I need a program to write
Atari DOS- format diskettes from an IBM PC. I found just such a program 
at terminator.cc.umich.edu, "atario.arc", but I have not been able to 
un-arc it. Do you know what program I must use to un-arc  that file, or 
do you know of anyplace I can get an un-arc'ed version ?
