 HELP! I am trying to compile the dvijep laser jet driver on an
 ATT 3b1. After defining ATT 1 and DVIJPLUS 1 in machdefs.h all
 was fine until it hit dviterm.h. It then complained about
 TIOCSTI not being defined in
 (void)ioctl(fileno(stdin),TIOCSTI,p);

 1) ANY CLUES ?
 2) ANYONE HAVE DVIJEP RUNNING?
