3B2/400 with SV R3.1.2.  Log in as root and attempt to umount /usr2
(/dev/rdsk/c1d0s8).  System says "file system is busy."  Hmm.  Ok, run
killall, and try again.  Hmmm...*still* busy!  What do I do now???
