Thanks to all who replied to my request for a fortran to C translator.  We
found a copy of the f2c program and gave it a shot, no very succesfully.  
We had fortran code that was not Fortran 77 but VAX fortran.  The translator
did not recognize a lot of the DEC conventions, like tabbing and continuation
lines.  Basically we went and made the fixes to the fortran files.  Is there
another "f2c" program that understands VAX fortran?
