Can anyone point me to PC- or *nix-compatible file compression
software for CMS?  I'd prefer ZIP, but ARC, ZOO, or tar and compress
would be fine.  I'd like something that can compress as well as
extract (I already have ARCUTIL, which can extract ARCs but not create
them).
