I would like to see all of the MS/PC-DOS versions honor ALL of the file attribute bits. For example, I would like to see DEL check not just the file's ReadOnly/ReadWrite attribute bit but also the Directory's ReadOnly/ ReadWrite bit. Directories can also be made Hidden, ReadOnly, and System type files so why not implement the code to honor those bits.
