Thanks to some helpful netters, I got info on the 'Independent
Computer Consultants Association'. They are based in Missouri, and
if you want to get the info, call 1-800-GET-ICCA, or send a
message via CompuServe to 70007,1407.

Anyone out there a member, or know of someone who's a member ? 
Is it good, bad...? They appear to have a sparse representation
here in the southeast.
