I have a friend here in Sweden who wants to make film on his computer. Now we have found a company who can make computer graphics onto film with the resolution of 4000 * 3000 pixels with 16.7 million different colors per pixel. Our problem is that the company only handles TIFF color files, and I have only heard of TIFF with grayscales. So I wonder if there is a specification to this format so that we could write our own software to convert our ray-traced pictures into this format. Maybe someone out there has got a public domain program or some source code that you could send to me. Thanks in advance! Sincerely Martin d4umf@dtek.chalmers.se
