Thank you one and all!  The overwhelming response has been "use SendPS" and
one person was even kind enough to send it to me.  I will not have need of
this for another month or so (we printed the thing from my ImageWriter,
acceptable [with ATM] but blurry) but I certainly intend to use sendPS
when I do!

(Also, someone pointed out that the Laser Prep file only needs to go to the
printer *once*, when it's started up, so do a command-F dump rather than
command-K.)

Thanks for all the help!  Individual thanks going out via E-mail but
just wanted anyone else to know I found the help I need.
