For $279 you get a 2400 modem, a 9600 group 3 fax, software and cable. Seems very decent to me, nay, better than decent. I called up MacConnection and they told me that delivery would be after the end of the month because they haven't arrived yet ... pity. Now the questions: 1) How good is this product, anyone know? 2) Why is the boxed version (Desktop) *MUCH* cheeper than the NuBus version? ($279 versus $449). 3) When you buy it, you get lots of free time on all sorts of services, are any of these worth it? (best deal seems to be MCI Fax Service, which I haven't heard of ... just how much is $100 free fax time?) As usual, if answers arive, I will summerize to the net! - Yossie
