Subject: Jasmine dd20 mounts on se/30 & not Plus, why?

In the past two weeks I've had two people come to me with Jasmine
DD20s that wouldn't mount on their Mac Plus. I connect them to my
SE/30 and voila it mounts. I put it back onto the plus and it still
won't mount.  I've tried all of the tricks known to me (I'm not a
novice) and still have nada. Eventually I ended up reformatting the
first and it works fine. I'm waiting on the second for a reply from
you folks.

Since I've seen this more than once can anyone shed any light on this?
