Currently, we are debating whether or not to upgrade to a more recent version of Works. One of the reasons why an upgrade would seem attractive is MS Works' spell checker; this is something a number of Teaching assistants would like to show the students. I found a copy of a program called WorksPlus Spell that runs MS Works 1.0, modifying its menu to add spell checking capabilities. It is version 1.0a, copyright 1986,1987 Lundeen & Associates. What I need is: a) Information about the product. Is this a commercial product? Is it still available anywhere? If it's not commercial, is it shareware or freeware? b) Information about the company. If anyone has a name or address for Lundeen and Associates, let me know, please. -- R David Francis francis@cis.ohio-state.edu
