INITPicker 2.0 is shipping as we speak, at Macworld SF.  It works
on a IIci.  I'd suggest upgrading, if only because of the wonderful
tech support you get from Microseeds.  1.0 came out long before the 
IIci was a gleam in Apple's eye, and so I wouldn't be at all
surprised if it's giving some problems with that machine.
