Hardware and $$? As I understand it, the old baord is traded in when you get the upgrade. That means the RAM from that board is gone too. The FDHD and Superdrive are the same thing (1.44 Meg floppy drive that reads and writes 400K, 800K, and 1.44M Apple formats -- and -- (by using Apple File Exchange software will also read and write IBM floppies, but I'm not sure what formats) I'm not sure if this is included in the board swap price or if you must have it, but I'll bet you'll want it.
