Is anyone aware of a set of detailed maps of countries other than the US and
Canada?  Either the drawing, or the set of coordinates (eg longitudes and
latitudes) defining artificial/natural boundaries.  I am especially interested
in West European countries (eg. map of France at the Department level, Italy
at the Province level, etc.).  Any pointer appreciated.  Thanks.  Stephane
