I have a collection of bitmap PICTs that I have obtained by
capturing a part of a window. The problem is; some of these
are automagically grayscaled when reduced, and some are just
shrunk old-style, keeping all the black bits. What Criterium
is  there for DrawPicture (or CopyBits) to gray-scale one of
these pictures ? IM V isn't talking, and trial-and-error made
me so frustrated I wrote my own BW2gray filtering program
(a simple 3x3 filter - not fast, but it works)
