Greetings everyone,
	I am presently working on a project, and I need to know how
to create a dialog box that has scroll bars in it.  I need to do something
like the Open dialog box that has buttons and a region to display files
and this region can be scrolled.  How do I create such a dialog box.  I
am programming in Think C 4.0.

Also, is it possible to display the contents of a TEHandle into this
dialog box and have it scroll?  If this is possible how do I do this?
