  This is a follow up to my previous note concerning "The NeXT bible".
A number of people have asked me to post a number of specifics, so here they
are.....

I would like to add one more note.  This is a very valuable reference book,
however, it was written by a man with a personality.  It is written in such
a way that a person could start at page one, and read all the way through.
