I would like to build an executable with absolutely no dynamic linking in
it.  However, even if I specify -Bstatic I still get references to the
_DYNAMIC thingamabob.  Is there anyway to build an "old-fashioned"
executable?  This is so that I can get emacs to unexec properly under
4.0.3.
