I am having a problem with in.telnetd.  Every couple of days in.telnetd
stops spawning (I guess it is a spawn) login. I get the usual
"Connected..." and "Escape char...", but nothing after that. I have tryed
killing inetd and in.telnetd, but the same symptoms appear. It takes a
reboot to cure the problem.

I am running 4.0.3 on a Sparcstation 1 and I have installed the sun-fixes
from uunet for using DNS i.e. libc.so.1.3.1.
