I am looking for a mfbcap entry for a plain vanilla tek 4010 terminal like
MS-DOS Kermit 2.32 emulates.  I need it in order to run Berkeley SPICE3 
from home.  SPICE3 comes with an enhanced 4014 mfbcap entry which doesn't
work with Kermit, VTERM 4010, or SUN's Tektool.  This is my first message 
posted on the News network, so I hope I'm doing this correctly.
