The standard LaTeX styles refer to quite a few cm fonts in large sizes,
which don't appear in the standard cm mf collection. Examples are cmr14,
cmr18, cmr22, cmr25, cmr30. How is one supposed to create the font
files (300gf for Imagen), or is there a source for them?
