Because the student rode Harleys, the engine used in the experiment was "a badly tuned Harley-Davidson engine." The research didn't get anywhere, however, due to "a lack of hard work on the part of student." If I had a Harley, I'd rather ride it too. doug. dridgway@jarthur.claremont.edu
