	If you have them installed .. do a man sccs and man rcsintro.

	I have used rcs in both a class-atmosphere and for personal
	usage.  It has been said that rcs is great for a small group
	of people, but sccs is better for large groups.  There are
	a few bugs in the version of rcs we have.  If you want more
