Mail11v3 or VMSmail garbles mail when the mail has a To: field which is
very long. I have tried with a To: field with 512 recepients of the type
<no>dummyuser@host.dnet and 1 receipient with a real VMSmail address.
(ca 12000 bytes in the To: field)

Mail11v3 does deliver the mail to the real receipient, but the
message body of the resulting VMSmail is _empty_ and the original
message body is in the Subject field together with some control
characters and '$' chars and the Subject field is in the To: field in
VMSmail :-) !! 

Any comments to that one ?

It was a VMS 5.1-B system in the other end.
