It also has the IDA support and a lot of bug fixes, performance improvements, and the inevitable bunch of "#ifdef ultrix"'s. No warrantees on this, obviously, but the sources are on gatekeeper.dec.com in /pub/DEC/wrl-sendmail.tar.Z. You'll need libndbm.a, which doesn't come with Ultrix but is on the BSD source tapes. You can try GNU dbm, but I had bad luck with it (perhaps there's a newer version by now).
