Message-ID: <1148@chinacat.Unicom.COM> Date: 12 Apr 90 18:51:56 GMT Organization: Unicom Systems Development, Austin (yay!) Lines: 10 Under SCO XENIX, xxinit() driver routines are not allowed to call delay(). Unfortunately, the FAS serial driver wants this. I've kludged around the problem in the interim, but would like to stick in a better solution. Is timeout() usable in xxinit() routines? If not, is there a way of getting access to the tick counter? Or are ticks being counted at all at this stage of the boot? -- Chip Rosenthal | You're not some icon carved out chip@chinacat.Unicom.COM | of soap, sent here to clean up Unicom Systems Development, 512-482-8260 | my reputation. -John Hiatt
