Does anyone know what the problem is? You want to make sure that you are using a some type of memory manager that provides LIM 4.0. Depending on the type of computer you have, it may have come with it. There are also products like 386MAX that will do this for you. If you are purchasing Windows, Windows/386 will provide this. You can tell if Word is using your expanded memory in the Help/About dialog. If you do not currently have a memory manager installed, WinWord is running in the base 640K.
