It's not quite what you want, but it may be a good starting point, and
it's cheap at half the price :-).  Fetch X/xsurface.c from 132.206.1.1.
You will likely need some local include files and library routines;
fetch X/mterm.src/mterm.aux for those.  Let me know if you need
anything besides what's there (that aux file is designed for a
different program).
