xMbufGetMultiBufferAttributesReq and xMbufGetMultiBufferAttributesReply
in multibufst.h are greater than 32 characters, and don't differ in the
first 31.

Of course there are many identifiers throughout the X distribution which
are greater than 32 characters, but most of them differ in the first 31.
The Microsoft C compiler (as well as many others) prepend an "_" to each
variable name, limiting the length to 31 characters.
