Xt does not register a String to Bitmap converter, only Xaw does.  Oclock does
not use Xaw so it doesn't pick up the Xaw type converter.  With a little code
whacking you can add it.  The actual type converter is in Xmu, so all you have to
do is register it.  Submitting a bug report to xbugs@expo may be in order.  If
you fix the code, include that too.
