I am running R4 on a Vax 11/780 with patches 1-9.  When I attempt to invoke
any of the menus for xterm using <control> plus various mouse buttons, I get
a tiny window for each, through which the first few letters of the menu title
are sometimes visible, but no menu items or anything else.  I am using twm.
Am I missing something?  Thanks in advance.
