Can someone provide me with information and cross-listings for the
following optical fiber connector:

	The EIAJ (Electronic Industry Association of Japan) standard
	jack and cable.  This cable is alternately referred to as a
	TOSLINK connector.

This is the connector used for the optical connection between high-end
cd players and outboard d/a converters (as well as other audio equipment).

Names of companies that produce this connector are especially welcome.
