I was going thru the previous messages and noticed someone mentioning some public domain software. I am currently working as APT at Jet Propulsion Lab, Pasadena. I'm working on uMITES project (Microwave Microwatt Interferometry & Telemetry Experimental Satellite) [Sec 420]. I would like to know if anyone knows about any simple NASA-public domain navigation software available which I may be able to use for calculating the power levels of signals received by the satellite etc. Thank you.
