Hi Guru's,

I am trying to read in the local time to use the minute and second
information as seeds to srandom.  But all my C books just give
explanations that I could not properly implement.  Now I need some
small example.  I am trying to call one of the time functions to setup
the tm struct, so that I can read the tm_sec and tm_min fields.

So will someone please send me the required code segment via e-mail,
since I am not a regular reader of this group.  Thanks in advance.
