(sorry if this is a repeat posting - I think I messed up the first time)

We are trying to develop code for a 'Conforming Hosted Implementation'
of ANSI-C, for a variety of platforms. 

To do this we need ANSI compliant include files and C-library(ies).  We
wish to distribute source code, so widely available implementations are
most desirable.  

Information about ANSI-C test suites (free or commercially available)
would also be appreciated.

interest warrants it.
