 I see no problem.  Ray Duncan (LMI) will be publishing the book and does
 plan to have an UR/FORTH version completed very soon.  I will ask him to
 respond to your request.  (I imagine he'll see this note anyway, since I
 am posting it on the LMI board.)  I'm not sure when the standalone
 version of the book is scheduled, but there are very few differences
 between it and the UR/FORTH version.
