   Hi Netters :

      I have been involved in developing simple programs for our project.   
      The most difficult part of writing programs is to handle the user
      interface, especially for large data collection. I would like to know
      if there are any commercial packages that help in software 
      development in Pascal (Turbo preferred). I need library routines that
      allow scrolling, mouse, multiple windows, popup screens etc. I tried
      several references but none deal them with actual details for a novice
      like me. Your help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
